Part-Time Day Porter – Downtown Wheeling

$16/hour | Monday–Friday | 20 Hours per Week

Monday–Friday
Start time: 11:00 AM
4 hours per day
20 hours per week
Downtown Wheeling

Please Note: This is a daytime cleaning position in a fully staffed office. You must be comfortable cleaning around employees while they are working and moving throughout the building.

What We Offer

What You’ll Do

Vacuum and mop floors
Wipe down and sanitize surfaces
Clean and restock restrooms
Empty trash and replace liners
Keep common areas clean and presentable throughout the day
Clean around employees while the office is actively being used
Communicate with your supervisor about supplies or any issues
Follow established cleaning procedures. We’ll provide the training you need!

What We’re Looking For

Dependable and able to stay on task
Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing a job well
Comfortable working independently
Comfortable cleaning in a busy, fully staffed office while employees are working
Friendly and professional when working around office employees
Reliable transportation
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Ability to pass a national background check
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to bend, walk, stand, and perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the shift
