The Role

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be a key leader in our Pittsburgh market. You’ll oversee daily operations, support and develop your team, solve problems as they come up, and help keep things running efficiently. If you enjoy leading people, tackling challenges, and making improvements that actually stick, you’ll feel right at home here.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, hands-on, and genuinely enjoys helping teams succeed. You might be a great fit if you are:

An experienced leader with 5+ years in operations management, ready to take ownership and help a business grow

Experienced in the cleaning industry or a similar field (preferred—but strong leadership and operational skills matter most)

A people-first leader who knows how to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable

Comfortable analyzing operations, making decisions, and following through

Focused on efficiency, labor management, and smart cost control

Guided by integrity, consistency, and a desire to keep learning and improving
