We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Care / Janitorial Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities.

The position primarily involves evening hours, but availability for daytime shifts is required when needed. Advance notice will be provided

Requirements:

Previous floor care experience is required, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and general floor maintenance
Experience with commercial cleaning equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers, etc.)
Knowledge of proper floor care products and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and follow directions
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Must be dependable and punctual
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and deep floor care services
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
Operate and maintain floor care equipment
Follow established cleaning schedules and safety guidelines

We offer:

$20.00 per hour

What You’ll Need:

Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement for each position: Must be 18 years old
Reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling
Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance
Pass a national background check
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle basic physical tasks like bending and walking
